Summary of Responsibilities:

Energize your career at ATC! We’re looking for a Team Leader-Contracted Engineering Services to lead and collaborate with our engineering contractors and their program of work. Our Team Leader will also lead and develop the ATC team involved in supporting and overseeing the engineering services that support ATC’s construction program.

Essential Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll use your bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience and five years’ experience with substation and transmission projects to ensure engineering services provided to ATC are customer focused, results oriented and performance driven, that those services meet accuracy and field validation expectations, and is carried out in compliance with all applicable internal and external requirements. You’ll also coordinate ATC staff and contractor workload and appropriately schedule and prioritize engineering resources in collaboration with the Construction Engineering leadership team, oversee and maintain the contractual relationship at a program level with contracted engineering service companies, and ensure appropriate oversight is provided and recommend adjustments to existing policies, procedures and and standards to improve overall efficiency and continuous improvement of project implementation.
