We are seeking a seasoned leader to guide our technology strategy to ensure a performant, scalable, and interoperable architecture for the media sales division of Comcast Advertising. You will be responsible for planning, organizing and executing corporate-wide strategies, business plans, policies and best practices for the Architecture team. Provides leadership and direction for staff and conspires with key executives across Company areas to achieve corporate Architecture goals and objectives. Leads a team of Enterprise and Solution Architects that are accountable across delivery programs. Drives change transformation and strategy execution to achieve specific business results. Creates a business centric architectural strategy to focus on strengths, competitive advantage and differentiation. Incorporates broad knowledge to address complex, unusual and critical issues. Core Responsibilities
- Works with Company leadership to achieve the common goal of growth and opportunity through architectural implementation. Creates strategies, goals, business plans and policies; executes through proper use of staff and resources.
- Consults with business departments and key executives on software, hardware, equipment and service needs. Develops projects and initiatives and ensures satisfactory completion to Company standards.
- Utilize strong understanding of various architectural domains, microservices, APIs, and modern architectural patterns, and cloud platforms and technologies to identify strategic opportunities for improvement and differentiation in the marketplace
- Leverages strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences - connecting the needs of the business back to the rationale and delivery of architectural plans and solutions, and gain buy-in necessary to deliver meaningful change to the business.
- Develops, tracks and controls department budget. Researches and recommends new and emerging technologies and services within set budget that will enhance Company's overall business performance.
- Mentors and leads department, overseeing all functions and projects to ensure performance standards are conducive to Company standards and all goals and objectives are met in a timely and organized fashion.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Salary:
National Pay Range: $199,281.08 USD-$467,065.04 USD
