About the Role:
This critical role is at the heart of our warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of materials and information. You will be responsible for managing the daily printing and distribution of thousands of product tags, processing material returns, maintaining essential supplies, and providing basic IT support. This position offers a unique blend of hands-on operational tasks and technical problem-solving, providing valuable experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Tag Management: Monitor file downloads (SEIMA) for order extracts and draws from the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Execute pick tag breakdowns (manual folding and sorting), distribute tags, and print/deliver various reports (TBASR, RCUBE, EXTRA, Wave, and others as needed). Reprint tags as requested, managing whole files, assignments, sequences, or extracts.

The work environment includes computer rooms (approximately 20×30 feet with 8 industrial printers and desks) and a typical warehouse setting (requiring safety vests). The dress code is business casual in the computer room and warehouse appropriate attire in the warehouse.
