The Role
Our program is designed to #CCCJumpstart your career! At CCC, you will work and learn alongside innovative and inspiring leaders and gain valuable experience working on real business solutions in a corporate setting. You will also have an opportunity to participate in unique events throughout the summer from professional development workshops to Lunch and Learn events with CCC colleagues and leaders. Joining CCC as a Workday Support Intern, you will gain experience with Workday support. You will work directly with our Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, and Internal Audit groups in an agile environment and contribute to improving the overall security model. As a Workday Support Intern you will work on a variety of initiatives utilizing Workday’s latest technology, with a focus learning the platform and supporting analysis activities.
Key Responsibilities:
This opportunity is a paid, full-time, summer internship.
- Core Workday Skill-building & Support
- In order to build a strong skillset with Workday core fundamentals, you will collaborate with the Workday team to resolve user issues and implement system enhancements. Key competencies you will acquire include:
- Workday HCM Proficiency
- System Configuration and Setup
- Workday Reporting and Analytics
- Change Management and User Support
- Project Management and Implementation
- Primary Workday Project
- AI-Powered Automation: In this role, you will be responsible for automating regression testing scenarios within the Workday platform, ensuring that the system operates flawlessly across various updates and configurations. You will work closely with the Workday HCM Support Team, development and QA teams to design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts, helping to streamline the testing process and enhance overall system stability and performance.
