Our Desktop Support Technicians build, deploy, and provide technical support for workstation hardware and software for Sentry associates.

Contribute: As a Desktop Support Technician, you will:
Install or remove software programs on computers.
Update and maintain computer inventory records.
Setup new desktop computing equipment and remove unused equipment.
Troubleshoot simple and complex software and hardware problems.
Build new computers by following checklists and using role-based software deployment tools. Identify changes needed to keep
procedures current.
Audit new computer builds to ensure accuracy.
Update online ticket assignments with progress followed by closing open ticket assignments in a timely manner when requested work is completed.
What it Takes:
Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2 years' related work experience.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Must possess good communication and customer service skills.
