Position Summary:

Oversee soybean processing operations at Bunge's Delphos, OH facility. This includes managing the shipping, receiving, drying, and storage of soybeans, as well as operating equipment to load trucks and rail cars with soybean meal. This role requires strict adherence to safety procedures, effective teamwork, and a commitment to Bunge's core values.

Position Details:

Starting pay : $25.70 per hour
Shift: 12-hour shift (2-2-3 rotation) on third shift 5pm-5am, including weekends and holidays.

Essential Functions:

Safely move rail cars according to established procedures.
Operate meal grinding equipment.
Load and unload trucks and rail cars with soybean meal.
Load outbound oil trucks.
Monitor computer systems and make necessary process adjustments.
Complete required paperwork according to departmental procedures.
Communicate any process or equipment issues to operators, maintenance personnel, and supervisors.
Perform cleaning duties within the department as assigned.
Clean silos and bowls in preparation for harvest.
Maintain a safe work environment and assist coworkers as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Skill/Experience Requirements:

Previous experience in an industrial environment is preferred.
Ability to follow policies and procedures.
Basic computer and mechanical skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Strong attendance record.
