Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and current members to discuss our fitness benefits and membership options.
- Explain the features and advantages of our gym memberships, including flexible plans and exclusive member perks.
- Promote and provide detailed information about our online coaching classes tailored to clients with home gyms.
- Answer client inquiries and resolve any questions related to memberships, services, and promotions.
- Track and follow up with leads, helping them choose the right membership or service package for their needs.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional and friendly service.
- Accurately enter and manage client information in our CRM system.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to explain complex information in a clear and engaging way.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic knowledge of fitness and wellness is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
