About the Role
The primary responsibility of this role will be to implement and maintain configuration, security assignments and procedures that best support an efficient and scalable security framework. The Security Business Systems Analyst will:
Maintain a WoW security framework that is efficient and scalable
Identify opportunities for improving configuration of existing security features and drive ongoing efficiency and continued improvement of core configurations
Configure system security settings; plan and execute unit testing, and advise teams performing integration and acceptance testing
Serve as Security Administrator and internal advisor across all functional pillars
Execute peer reviews of security configuration changes and implement them
About You
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of Workday implementation experience
3+ years of Workday security knowledge
Other Qualifications
Knowledge of Workday Security (Certified Workday Pro for Security)
Experience with agile methodology (Jira, Confluence)
Knowlegde of basic cybersecurity principles
End to end implementation experience
The ability to analyze sophisticated business challenges, respond independently, and communicate across all levels of the organization
Good interpersonal and organizational skills; experience in solving problems and documenting issues, gaps, and resolution

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
